After the Revolutionary War, the United States Government gave 2,000 acres of land along the Scioto River to Lieutenant James Holt as payment for his service. In 1802, 400 acres of this 2,000 acres were purchased. Today, the site of this purchase is known as Historic Dublin. The landowner then brought family and a business associate to continue the expansion of the village, and named it after Dublin, Ireland, his birthplace. In 1970, Dublin was still a small town with only 681 residents. However, the construction of Interstate 270 facilitated a population boom, spearheaded by the acquisition of major corporate headquarters such as Wendy's International. Historic Dublin: From Revolutionary Land Grant to Modern-Day Gem
The picture shows a Kitchen Remodel from your Dublin neighbors. It features a common ask that we receive from owners with an underutilized formal dining room. This kitchen was expanded by removing the dividing wall and exposing the new kitchen area to additional natural light from the once dim formal dining room. The additional light along with a better kitchen layout provides the host with ample room to use the sink on a two-tier peninsula while still having easy access to the coffee maker, fridge, and gas range.
Quartz Island, Integrated Appliances, and Functional Design
The project that follows is another gorgeous Dublin kitchen remodel. It is highlighted with a large creamy white quartz island and built in double oven with side by side fridge and freezer split with an integrated wine cooler. Easily overlooked is the built in desk drawers with just enough room for a bar stool providing an area ready for homework or a quick after school snack.
Sprawling Tile and Natural Light
This next bathroom remodel is from your Dublin neighbors in Columbus. Notice the sprawling tile wall with natural light from a custom size window. This bathroom now offers welcoming energy to the day and lets the owners feel right at home while maximizing the room they have for their morning routines.
Dublin Entertainment Bar and Kitchen for the Ultimate Buckeye Fan
We completed the following basement remodel in Dublin for this entertainment bar. The details include a simple update and smart use of space. This Buckeye fan is ready to host their guest with a full kitchen in an underused corner of the basement.
Whole Home Transformation
Remodeling your entire home can take us to many different areas. For example, the first of the next two images is a Dublin Home Remodel for a tranquil reading nook highlighted by masterfully done wainscotting and tasteful décor. The second area from another well used room in the home is the living room with an inviting electric fireplace with simple wainscotting details in this Dublin Home Remodel.
